Executive Pastors Assistant

-Job Description-

PURPOSE: This role main purpose is to help the Executive pastor of Alive church with organization, development of systems and oversight of Alive Churches

KEY RESPONSIBILITY 1: Assist Pastor Scott

DUTY STATEMENT 1: The Gathering and presenting of metrics.

DUTY STATEMENT 2: Keeping and presenting important dates, activities and events.

DUTY STATEMENT 3: Daily administration, management of calendar, Scheduling and tracking of speaking engagements and travel.  (5,6,8)

DUTY STATEMENT 4: Help manage activities in regard to relationship building. (I.E. Staff, Leaders, Other Pastors) (4)

DUTY STATEMENT 5: Field and filter phone calls and email. (7)

KEY RESPONSIBILITY 2: Systems

DUTY STATEMENT 1: Help in the creation and implementation of systems.

DUTY STATEMENT 2: Create and maintain a central database for organization files.

DUTY STATEMENT 3: Assist in the communication and oversight of current and new systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY 3: Administrative

DUTY STATEMENT 1: Oversight of travel expenses, receipts and reporting.

DUTY STATEMENT 2: Preparing Corporate documents

DUTY STATEMENT 3: Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary

DUTY STATEMENT 4: Making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters

KEY RESPONSIBILITY 4: Personal Growth and Development

DUTY STATEMENT 1: Resource– read spiritual and leadership books/material.

DUTY STATEMENT 2: Mentorship – reach out and learn from others in your field.

DUTY STATEMENT 3: Craft – carve out time to develop and stretch yourself creatively.

**Manage & Steward Department Budget – turning in receipts in a timely manner, keeping record of expenses and attending to the financial needs of the worship department.

Location: Orlando Campus

Hours: (FT)

               9-5 M, T, W, Th,

               9am – 5pm Sunday

Time off: 10 Days (+1 day off per year)

Staff Meetings: yes

Executive Meetings: As needed
