Kara K. has over 12 years of experience in human resources. Kara started their career at Archer Norris in 2008 as a Human Resources Generalist and Benefits Manager. In 2018, they joined PlayStation as an HR Compliance Specialist. Kara then moved on to AliveCor in 2019, where they worked as a Human Resources Manager. Kara later advanced to the role of Director of Human Resources in 2021, and is currently the Senior Director of Human Resources at AliveCor.

Kara K. has studied Labor and Employee Relations at Penn State University. Kara has also obtained a certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HRCI.
