Vish Chidambaram

Vish Chidambaram has a diverse work experience in the field of security and compliance. Vish served as the Head of Enterprise Security and Compliance at AliveCor Inc. starting from September 2019. Prior to that, they were the Head of Enterprise Security and Compliance at Proteus Digital Health, Inc. from July 2018 to September 2019. Vish was responsible for ensuring compliance with HIPAA, SOC2, and other health-related regulations and coordinating with external audits for certifications.

Before joining Proteus Digital Health, Inc., Vish Chidambaram worked as the Head of Security at Alameda County, CA from January 2017 to April 2018. Prior to that, they held the role of Chief Information Security Officer at Rubicon Project from August 2015 to November 2016. Vish started their career at Infosys in March 2009 as the AVP - Global Head of Security Engineering and Incident Management, and they served in this role until June 2015.

Vish Chidambaram holds a certificate in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Stanford University. Vish also has a degree in Chartered Accountancy from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, with a specialization in Internal Controls, Financial Fraud, and Accountancy. Additionally, Vish obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Madras. Vish also has several additional certifications including Certified Information Security Auditor from ISACA, Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, GIAC Certified Forensic Analyst from SANS, GIAC Certified Incident Handling from SANS, Malware Reverse Engineering from SANS, and Strategic Decision Risk Management from Stanford University.
