Magdiel currently serves as the Chairman & CEO of Alivi and is a Council Member of Forbes Technology Council. Previously, they worked as the CIO of iCare Health Solutions and as a Business Leader at MasterCard. Magdiel also held the position of Partner at Martinez-Ayme Securities. Magdiel'slongest tenure was at Visa, where they served as a Sr. Business Leader for over 22 years, specializing in managing global information security and support services teams.

Magdiel Rodriguez pursued an Executive MBA in Strategic Leadership Development from the University of Maryland Global Campus in 2005.
