Catherine leads on digital and tech service offerings across Europe, and clients benefit from her 25 years of professional experience in the area of technology. She has delivered significant transformation programs, including tech strategy, digital transformation, head count reduction, large-scale outsourcing, and major cost reduction. Catherine has focuses strongly on private-equity clients, advising them both pre- and post acquisition and examining how sustainable value can be derived from the technology assets. Prior to joining AlixPartners, she was chief operating officer of the global IT organization at Old Mutual plc.
