Damian Jacoby

Damian Jacoby currently serves as the Global Head of Tax and Partner at AlixPartners since September 2025. Prior to this role, Damian held multiple leadership positions at TIAA, including VP of Global Head of Tax and VP of Corporate Tax, from January 2017 to August 2025. Damian's career also includes a tenure at Nuveen, a TIAA company, as VP and Tax Director from April 2004 to January 2017, and experience as Tax Manager at Crowe from January 1998 to April 2004. Academically, Damian holds a Master of Science in Taxation from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from John Carroll University, completed between 1993 and 1997.
