Nicolas Franzwa

Nicolas Franzwa is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and manufacturing management. Currently serving as Partner & Managing Director at AlixPartners since October 2014, Nicolas holds the position of Global Co-Leader of Manufacturing & Operations and EMEA Co-Head Operations, along with a seat on the executive board. Prior to this role, Nicolas was an Executive Partner at lfg&associates GmbH from October 2012 to October 2014 and worked at Porsche Consulting from October 2004 to August 2012 as a Project Lead. Nicolas holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim and a Master’s degree in European Business from Swansea University.
