Shannon Willmert

Shannon Willmert is a seasoned professional in human resources and operational compliance, currently serving as a People Operations Compliance Senior Specialist at AlixPartners since September 2017. With a strong background in HR, Shannon previously held roles such as Human Resources Operations Analyst at Plante Moran and Talent & Organizational Development Consultant, effectively serving both internal and external clients. Additionally, Shannon has experience in project management and data analysis through independent contracting positions with PickAxe Creative and Droste Group, where responsibilities included leading organizational projects and developing pre-hire assessment processes.
