He has more than 25 years of global engineering and consulting experience across numerous sectors. Shiv currently co-leads the AlixPartners Enterprise Improvement Community in Asia and is also the local market leader for Greater China.

Shiv’s functional expertise spans the value chain, with a focus on operations optimization of strategic sourcing, supply chain, manufacturing, logistics and distribution, and engineering and product development as well as on large-scale transformation programs. Shiv’s clients benefit from his expertise in working with automotive, industrial, commercial-vehicle (CV), farm equipment and two-wheeler OEMs, and tier 1 suppliers as well as other industrial and chemical companies all over the world.

Shiv has an MSME from the University of Florida and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, USA
