Mario Mattar

Mario Mattar has been working in the IT field since 2009. Mario began their career at Geek Squad as a Senior Computer Technician, where they assisted clients to resolve their computer's hardware issues, promoted and offered services to enhance the client's experience, and performed setups, repairs, upgrades and related services on hardware. In 2013, they moved to kCentric.NET as a Web Programmer. In 2015, they joined KEOPS Technologies inc. as an IT Consultant, where they assisted clients to resolve their software and/or hardware issues, promoted and offered services to enhance the client's experience, and performed setups, upgrades and related services on software and/or hardware. In 2018, they began their current role as an Information System Administrator at ALIZENT, where they are responsible for installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications, troubleshooting infrastructure problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software issues, implementing and managing the inventory of assets, ordering and replacing IT equipment, setting up and configuring new user's accounts and profiles, and more.

Mario Mattar began their educational journey in 2007 when they attended College Montmorency and studied Human Science. Mario then returned to College Montmorency in 2009 and studied Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management until 2013. In 2013, Mario obtained two certifications: Microsoft Certified Professional and Microsoft Specialist - Programming in HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS3. Mario is currently attending \u00c9cole de technologie sup\u00e9rieure, studying Computer Software Engineering.
