Noémie Vionne is a Senior HR Business Partner at ALIZENT, overseeing HR operations for a 250-employee affiliate across eight countries, as part of Air Liquide Digital & IT. With a focus on social relations in France, Noémie manages a team of HR specialists in multiple countries and participates in HR transformation projects in Spain, Malaysia, and Singapore. Previous roles include HR Business Partner for Product & COE, HR Coordinator for Spain & UK, and HR Specialist.
