Philippe Cazayus has worked in various roles in the industrial sector since 1996. From 1996 to 1997, they worked at Decathlon France as a Gestionnaire Magasin, managing a 1200 m2 store and its 85 employees. Philippe also worked at Air Liquide in various roles from 1997 to 2011, including Responsable Marketing Opérationnel National, Responsable de Développement Marché Laboratoires IdF, Responsable de Développement Gaz Purs, Mélanges et Matériels IdF, and Responsable de Développement National Marche Chimie. From 2010 to 2011, they were the Directeur Marketing Zone Moyen Orient at Air Liquide Middle East & Africa. From 2011 to 2015, they worked at Air Liquide as the Directeur Commercial IdF, responsible for a 40 million euro annual unit. Finally, from 2015 to present, they have been the Directeur Business Unit EMEA/APAC at ALIZENT, responsible for digital transformation for Industry 4.0, direct business with industrial clients in various sectors, and the sale of materials and management of Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Philippe Cazayus began their education in 1993 at the Universit\u00e9 Paul Sabatier Toulouse III, where they obtained a Maitrise in Chimie organique. Philippe then moved to the University of Montpellier to pursue a DEA in Chimie from 1994-1995. After this, Philippe attended the Institut de Promotion Commerciale Toulouse, where they earned a Licence de commerce in Gestion du commerce de d\u00e9tail from 1995-1996. Finally, Philippe completed a DESS in Marketing et Gestion Commerciale at the Institut Commercial de Nancy from 1996-1997.
