Fadelallah Suliman

Fadelallah Suliman is a seasoned legal expert with 20 years of experience in corporate governance and company secretarial affairs, currently serving as the Corporate Secretary at alizz Islamic Bank since April 2013. Fadelallah possesses extensive knowledge in compliance, regulatory affairs, and providing legal opinions to the Board of Directors, along with hands-on managerial competencies in implementing governance policies within both Conventional and Islamic banking frameworks. Prior roles at the National Bank of Oman included Company Secretary and Assistant Company Secretary, where responsibilities encompassed board affairs and bilingual communications with regulatory bodies. Fadelallah holds multiple diplomas in compliance, strategic management, and leadership, alongside a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Arabic language, with ongoing education in Corporate Governance from the Global Academy of Finance and Management.
