Jayogi Wickremesinghe

Jayogi Wickremesinghe serves as the Head of Learning and Development at Alizz Islamic Bank since July 2016. Prior to this role, Jayogi held various positions at HSBC from 2004 to 2016, including HR Lead for Commercial Banking and Global Functions, where responsibilities involved advising senior management on human capital management and implementing strategic HR practices. Jayogi also worked as Learning & Development Manager, driving learning initiatives and developing employee competencies at HSBC Sri Lanka. Academic qualifications include a Level 7 Associate in Human Resources Management from CIPD (2018-2020) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Liverpool (2011-2014).
