Khalid AL Zaabi is an experienced banking professional with a strong background in sales and call center management. Currently serving as the Head of Sales at Alizz Islamic Bank since January 2015, Khalid has also held positions as Branch Manager and Head of the Call Centre. Prior to this, Khalid worked at the National Bank of Oman from January 2004 to January 2015, where roles included Head of Call Center, Call Center Assistant Manager, and Quality Control within the Operations Group. Khalid holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from the University of Bedfordshire, earned between 2014 and 2016, as well as a Diploma in Electronic & Communication Engineering from Technical Industrial College, completed in 2001.
