Li Zhang

Li Zhang has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Starting in 2007 as a Management Trainee at SK Energy International, Li Zhang later worked as an HRBP at SK Group from 2009 to 2012. In 2012, Li Zhang joined Novartis Oncology as a Sr TM Manager and continued in that role until 2017. At that point, Li Zhang transitioned to Nafa and served as an OD Lead for one year. Following this, Li Zhang returned to Novartis Oncology as the Talent and OD Head for a year before becoming a Sr HRBP from 2019 to 2021. Currently, Li Zhang is the Head of HR and Admin, Greater China at ALK since April 2021.

Li Zhang completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Peking University in 2005. LI then pursued a Double Degree in Statistics from Peking University, which they completed in 2005 as well. Li Zhang also attended Menlo College as an exchange student in 2004, where they studied Business Management. Finally, they obtained a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Peking University, which they completed from 2005 to 2007.
