Gorgud Israfilzada

Gorgud Israfilzada, ACCA, has extensive experience in accounting and financial reporting, currently serving as the Head of Accounting and Financial Reporting at ALKAGESTA since May 2021. Prior to this role, Gorgud worked at Professional Support Center LLC as an Assistant Manager and Senior Finance Specialist from April 2019 to May 2021. Earlier experience includes an Audit Associate position at KPMG Azerbaijan from April 2018 to April 2019, and a Finance Specialist role at Gilan Holding from November 2016 to March 2018. Gorgud began a career in finance as a Finance Intern at Gilan Holding and also served as a Shift Supervisor for the Baku 2015 European Games Operation Committee in 2015. Gorgud holds a Master’s degree in Financial Control and Audit from Azerbaijan State University of Economics (2017-2019) and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Audit from Qafqaz Universiteti (2012-2017).
