Chelsea Lovas has a diverse work experience in the field of quality assurance and information architecture. Chelsea started their career at McKesson in 2005, where they served as a Senior QA Analyst and later as a Business Service Analyst. During their time at McKesson, they led QA teams and implemented offshore testing practices, resulting in improved efficiency and effectiveness of testing.
In 2010, Chelsea joined GameStop as a QA Lead and later became the QA Manager for Multichannel Technology. Chelsea played a vital role in managing QA activities and ensuring the quality of multichannel technology projects.
In 2014, Chelsea joined MedAssets as a Senior QA Engineer. Chelsea coordinated QA teams and implemented automation using C#/Selenium-based tools. Chelsea also developed and executed test cases, reducing setup time and improving overall efficiency.
From 2015 to 2016, Chelsea worked at nThrive as a Lead QA Engineer. Chelsea led a mixed team of QA resources and upgraded the automated proprietary framework. Chelsea also developed test automation strategies and mentored junior team members.
Currently, Chelsea is employed at Alkami Technology as a Principal Information Architect. Chelsea started in 2022 and is responsible for architecting information systems. Chelsea also served in previous roles at Alkami Technology, including QA Operations Manager and Lead QA Engineer.
Chelsea Lovas holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Computer Information Systems from the University of North Texas. In addition, they have obtained certification in "DevOps Foundations: Accelerating Continuous Delivery in the Enterprise" from LinkedIn and is also a certified ISTQB Tester at the Foundation Level.
