Ashley Cuthbertson

Ashley Cuthbertson is a seasoned HR and business leader with extensive experience in catalysis technologies and human resources management. Currently serving as Sr Director of Catalysis Technologies at ALKEGEN, Ashley drives commercialization strategies resulting in multimillion-dollar growth. Previous roles include Director of Platforms Program Management at Unifrax I LLC, where Ashley led cross-functional teams to achieve significant business targets, as well as multiple HR leadership positions within Unifrax and other organizations. Throughout a career that began after earning a Bachelor's degree in Management and HR from Canisius University, Ashley has held various strategic HR roles and has been instrumental in enhancing HR talent and implementing innovative workforce development initiatives.
