Amol Shirodkar

Amol Shirodkar serves as the Senior General Manager - HR at Alkem Laboratories Ltd. since October 2023, focusing on global compensation and benefits, HR policies, total rewards, performance management, HR shared services, and HR automation. Prior to this role, Amol led corporate HR and talent acquisition at Bharti AXA Life Insurance from July to October 2023, and was Associate Director in rewards consulting for the chemicals industry at Mercer India from June 2022 to July 2023. Amol's extensive experience in HR also includes positions such as General Manager - HR Operations at Keva, Manager - HR at BG Group and GlaxoSmithKline, and various HR roles at Essel Propack Limited, Mahindra & Mahindra, Sony, and BAX Global.
