Dinesh Kashikar

Dinesh Kashikar is a qualified professional with over 22 years of extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Vice President-Quality at Alkem Laboratories Ltd. since November 2021. Previously, Dinesh held the position of Director - Quality at Cipla from October 2002 to October 2021, overseeing site quality operations for products marketed internationally. Dinesh has a strong background in quality management, regulatory audit planning, and compliance, having led numerous inspections by authorities such as EMEA, MHRA, and USFDA. Dinesh's career began at Cipla and Alpa Laboratories in roles related to production and product development. Dinesh holds a Master's degree in Pharmacy from Shri G S Institute of Technology & Science and a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from Pravara Rural Education Society's College of Pharmacy, as well as completed a Management Development program focused on building and leading teams at the Indian Institute of Management, Indore.
