Silvia Bosani

Silvia Bosani's work experience begins in 2009 when they worked as an Executive Assistant at PwC Italy until October of the same year. In November of 2009, they joined Celtic Asset Management as an Office Manager and remained in that role until September 2013. In October 2013, Bosani became an Office Manager at Alkemy enabling evolution, and later moved on to the role of People & Culture Manager from January 2016 to December 2020. Finally, in January 2021, they were promoted to the position of People & Culture Director at the same company.

Silvia Bosani's education history includes a Master's degree in HR Management from SDA Bocconi, which they completed in 2019. In 2020, they attended the Talent Garden Innovation School, where they pursued a Digital HR Master's program. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2019, Silvia attended SDA Bocconi for a Programma di Sviluppo Manageriale. Their undergraduate education consists of a Bachelor's degree in Lingue e Letterature Straniere from Università degli Studi di Milano, which they obtained from 2004 to 2008.
