Stephen Boyer

Stephen Boyer is a seasoned professional in regulatory affairs and strategy, currently serving as Vice President, Head of Regulatory Strategy at Alkermes since November 2023. Prior roles include Vice President, Head of Regulatory Affairs and Quality at Palleon Pharmaceuticals, where oversight of regulatory strategy and operations occurred, and leading a targeted treatment program for solid tumors. Boyer previously held similar positions at LogicBio Therapeutics and Boston Pharmaceuticals, where strategic leadership in regulatory functions resulted in successful IND submissions and clinical development advancements. Earlier experience includes significant contributions at Biogen and Bristol-Myers Squibb, focusing on global regulatory strategies, and overseeing early development programs.
