Kayla started at ALKU in 2013 as a Recruiter. From there, she took an opportunity to move over into the role of Consultant Services Coordinator where she was a point of contact for all consultants. Kayla has done it all at ALKU. She learned to process payroll each week before there was a payroll group, then learned compliance, benefits, and HR to help those groups grow. She did all of this while staying organized, motivated, and always wanting to take on more for herself and ALKU.
Kayla is at every ALKU event leading the charge. She is a team leader in every sense of the word, always pushing ALKU events, surveys, initiatives, etc. She is always working to come up with contests and ways to keep corporate competitive and motivated like the revenue side.
Kayla is the true definition of do your job the best that you can, and you will be rewarded. Kayla was promoted to manager and senior manager because of her innate ability to develop people. She is able to transfer her knowledge, work ethic, and organizational skills to all of her people to create teams that work as efficiently as she did when she was in their roles. Over the past year she has taken this to the next level by developing and growing her groups and her managers. Kayla now oversees four departments on the corporate side, with that number continuing to climb as her groups continue to strive towards multiplying by dividing to be as efficient as possible.
As a Director, Kayla oversees the Payroll, Personnel Services, Government Corporate, and Benefits groups. She works to develop her managers and help to develop their people to continue to grow key groups on the corporate side of the business. Kayla also contributes to the Director group as an asset with experience in developing efficient groups, employees, and managers.
