Kristina Doucette is a seasoned professional in recruiting strategy, currently serving as Senior Manager at ALKU since July 2018. In this role, Kristina is integral to enhancing recruiting productivity within the Revenue Strategy team by collaborating with Sales Strategy to optimize recruiter workflows and develop tailored reporting systems. Kristina has extensive experience in various recruiting roles, including Training Manager and Regulatory Recruiter, and has worked in hospitality with Hilton Hotels & Resorts. Kristina holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Entrepreneurship from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from the American College of Thessaloniki.
