Liz Barker started at ALKU in 2016 as an intern at our Durham, NH Regional Training Center. She began full-time in June 2017 as a Workday Recruiter and immediately proved she was consistent with her numbers and had a strong process-driven mindset. These characteristics not only led Liz to success, but to be a natural choice to break off and help start up ALKU’s ServiceNow division as a ServiceNow Recruiter in September 2018.
When Liz was presented with the opportunity to start ServiceNow, she had zero hesitations. She gave up her entire Workday database all with a smile on her face knowing she had the opportunity to make ServiceNow great. Liz created the ServiceNow recruiting database from scratch and contributed to finding market information that lead to jobs and deals for the group. Liz contributed to the overall ServiceNow group’s success and has helped develop two recruiters who have hit personal success, as well.
Liz is calm, cool, and collected. She is process driven and is notorious for keeping both sides of the desk accountable. If you walk by ServiceNow she is either on the phone, hoping on a call to help one of her recruiters, or laughing about whatever just happened on the phone which keeps the group laughing! Liz’s overall attitude and sense of humor is a piece of the ServiceNow group. She is a perfect example of someone who came into ALKU, trusted the process, and worked to get what she wanted!
As the Oracle Cloud Recruiting Manager, Liz is responsible for continuing to establish and define an identity for the ServiceNow division as it continues to grow. She will be responsible for continuing to develop and mentor all current and future ServiceNow recruiters.
