Tim Lysaught

Tim began at Holland Square Group in October of 2016. He had heard of HSG through current employees and had seen the success each of them had experienced, so he was intrigued by the company. A few months prior to his start, he had heard the company was expanding to Charlotte, which peaked his interest. He met with Tyler Bush, and made an exciting decision to leave his previous employer and join HSG at a very exciting time with the company.

Tim started as an EHR/HIT Recruiter and in about 8 months was promoted to senior EHR/HIT Recruiter. Since then, he has been promoted to Cerner Recruiting Manager, Charlotte. In this role today, Tim oversees a team of five recruiters that are responsible for placing candidates at clients nationwide. He is responsible for helping to optimize and develop each team member’s recruiting process to develop a more efficient, higher producing recruiting practice.
