Tyson Ashcraft

Tyson started at Holland Square Group in August of 2015. He was fresh out of college and trying to decide between furthering his education or starting his career. After interviewing with Keith Moreland and Sean Conover, as well as meeting the team in Nashville, the decision was clear. The growth potential of HSG was limitless, and he had an opportunity to be a part of the team.

Tyson started as a recruiter with EHR/HIT when there was a team of four recruiters. Things really picked up after 3 months, and the team was seeing more success on the recruiting and sales side. Today as Security Recruiting Manager, Tyson is responsible for continuing to develop the current recruiters on the team, mentoring and supporting new additions to the recruiting team, and continuing to maintain his own desk.
