Christina Melissinos is a dedicated educator with extensive experience in special education and early intervention. Currently serving as a Special Education Teacher at the NYC Department of Education since September 2017, Christina specializes in 6:1:1 Verbal Behavior teaching for students in grades K-3. In addition to this role, Christina has worked as an Early Intervention Specialist at All About Kids since January 2016 and as an ABA Clinician at Los Niños Services since August 2013. Christina’s earlier experience includes a position as a Long Term Substitute Teacher with the NYC Department of Education from 2006 to 2009. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Corporate Communications from Baruch College, and a Master of Education in Education/Teaching of Individuals in Early Childhood Special Education Programs from Touro University, complemented by additional education from the Florida Institute of Technology.
