Alethia’s Journey

Alethia de Leon currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at TRB Chemedica International and is an Innovation Council Member at Innosuisse. Additionally, Alethia is an Advisory Board Member at the Wyss Center for Bio and Neuroengineering and a Member of the Investment Advisory Board for the Swiss Entrepreneurs Foundation's Private Equity Fund. Alethia acts as an Investment Advisor for the Lichtsteiner Foundation and previously contributed to the SNSF Swiss National Science Foundation as part of the Expert Group for the National Research Programme on Gender Medicine. Other roles include being a former Investment Committee Member for Credit Suisse Entrepreneur Capital and Seed Investor/Board Member at Clade Therapeutics. Alethia founded and served as CEO of Senes Science GmbH and was the Managing Director at BaseLaunch. Alethia holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, along with a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
