Paul Goodwin

Paul Goodwin has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Paul started their career as a Senior Case Administrator at the American Arbitration Association in 1988 and later worked as a Technical Support Engineer at SilverStream Software from 2000 to 2002. Paul then joined Novell, Inc as a Global Technical Support Engineer from 2003 to 2007.

In 2007, Paul joined All Care VNA, Hospice & Private Home Care Services as a Systems Engineer, and they remained in that role until 2015. Paul then became the Information Systems Manager at All Care, responsible for maintaining and improving system integrity, security, and processes. In 2018, they were promoted to the role of Director of Information Technology, where they continued to oversee the electronic system processes and workflows while providing technical support to users.

Additionally, Paul served as a member of the Beverly School Committee from 2016 to 2020, where they worked to understand and meet the educational needs of the community. Paul also currently serves on the Beverly Human Rights Committee since 2020.

Paul Goodwin earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business and Psychology from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst. Paul attended this school from 1985 to 1988. In 2015 and 2016, Paul took a Project Management Certification Course at Villanova University. Additionally, they attended St. John's Prep from 1979 to 1983. It is unclear whether Paul obtained any degrees or pursued any specific field of study at Harvard Extension School, Salem State University, or North Shore Community College, as no start or end dates are provided for these institutions.
