Nicole Bahena

Nicole Bahena has a diverse range of work experience in the field of homelessness and housing solutions. Their most recent role was as the Vice President of Community Partnerships at All Chicago Making Homelessness History, which they have held since January 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Executive Director of North Side Housing and Supportive Services from June 2019 to January 2020. From June 2014 to May 2019, Nicole worked at CSH, the Source for Housing Solutions, first as an Associate Director and later as a Program Manager. Before that, they were the Director of Program Development at the Chicago Alliance to End Homelessness from July 2011 to March 2013. Additionally, they have held roles at the AIDS Foundation of Chicago in various capacities, including as a Consultant from May to July 2008 and as a Programs and Partnerships Intern from August 2007 to May 2008. Nicole's early experience includes working as a Respite Call-Center Supervisor at the National Runaway Safeline from September 2006 to July 2008.

Nicole Bahena earned their High School Diploma from Minnehaha Academy between 1993 and 1998. Nicole then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Geography with a field of study in History at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1999 to 2002. In 2006, Nicole completed their education by obtaining a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Illinois Chicago.
