Richard Rivera serves as the President of K & J Drafting Services Inc. since September 2018, where expertise lies in HVAC ductwork, mechanical shop drawings, and 3D BIM modeling/coordination. Notable projects completed under Richard Rivera's leadership include the Moxy Hotel, a 22-floor hotel for Lightstone Management; GreenPoint Landing, a 30-floor residential building for Turner; and 130 Williams, a 62-floor residential building for Gilbane. Additionally, Richard Rivera has extensive experience as an Autocad Draftsman at All-City Metal, Inc. since March 2015, collaborating with many of New York's leading mechanical companies throughout the Tri-state area.
