Alicia Parr

Alicia Parr is currently an advisor at All Elements. Prior to that, they were with Performentor LLC and Research Square. Alicia has been in the Vice President of Human Resources position for 4 years and excels in delivering expert services at scale and matching talents to parts of the scientific communication process. As a member of the executive team, they lead our four-member HR function. Together, they find ways to encourage a culture within which smart people use their best talents to help researchers be successful.

Alicia Parr has a Masters in Mass Communications from the University of Georgia - Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication, with a focus in Advertising. Alicia also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business, with a concentration in Marketing. Alicia Parr began their educational career at North Hall High School, where they earned their High School Diploma.
