Chadd Davis is a Co-Founder and Partner at ETONIEN, a professional services firm established in 2010 that specializes in providing interim finance and accounting solutions to private equity and corporate clients. In addition to their role at ETONIEN, Chadd co-founded enhanceHCM in 2017, offering strategic HR consulting and project management services, and Crosby Row in 2018, which focuses on procurement advisory for middle-market to Fortune 1000 companies. Chadd also serves as a Strategic Advisor Partner at Pivot > since May 2024 and holds board memberships at Children's Bureau and American Red Cross Los Angeles Region. Prior experience includes a senior associate role at The Harris Group - Marcus & Millichap and an athletic career with the Long Island Rough Riders. Chadd graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
