Ann Woodly has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Ann currently holds the position of Chief of People, Culture, and Equity at All Hands and Hearts. Prior to this, Ann worked at Xcel Energy as a Principal Organization Development Consultant, where they were responsible for designing organizational development initiatives for leaders and teams across all lines of business. Before joining Xcel Energy, Ann operated their own private practice as a Management Consultant and Trainer, specializing in organizational diagnostics, diversity competence, conflict management, and team building. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior OD Consultant at Lockheed Martin, where they provided support for large-scale organizational change initiatives. Ann also worked as a Senior Consultant at an independent program management consulting firm, where they facilitated programs in team building, leadership development, and career planning.

Ann Woodly has a Master's degree in Human Resource Development from Georgia State University, which they obtained from 1996 to 1999. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Fordham University, where they studied from 1972 to 1976. In addition to their formal education, Ann also holds various certifications in areas such as MBTI, EQi (Emotional Intelligence), Work Behavior Inventory (WBI), DDI Targeted Selection, Conflict Resolution/Mediation, which they obtained from Mediation Services.
