Msfp Rashaad Flowers

Rashaad Flowers, MSFP has a diverse work experience spanning from 2013 to present. Rashaad began their career as a Leasing Consultant at University Ridge Apartments from May 2013 to June 2015. Following this, they served as a Primary Literacy Teacher in the Peace Corps from October 2017 to January 2019. In 2019, Rashaad joined FPI Management as a Community Director, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple properties and managing a staff of up to 12 employees. Currently, Rashaad is working as a Community Director at Volunteers of America Los Angeles since July 2023. In this role, they are responsible for the overall operation of the property, including supervising staff and coordinating outside contractors and vendors.

Rashaad Flowers, MSFP, pursued their education meticulously and diversified their knowledge in the field of psychology. Rashaad attended Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from 2013 to 2017, where they attained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology. Displaying their dedication to the subject, Rashaad then proceeded to Northcentral University and from 2018 to 2020 obtained their Master of Science (MS) degree in Forensic Psychology. Rashaad's educational journey showcases their commitment to expanding their expertise in the realm of psychology, particularly within the field of forensic psychology.
