Jess Sharman

Jess Sharman is an experienced professional in community engagement and disaster management, currently serving as Community Engagement Manager at All Hands and Hearts since January 2024. Previously, Jess held multiple roles at All Hands and Hearts, including Community Engagement Manager focused on initiatives for displaced communities in Ukraine and Turkiye, and worked as Operations Manager at Care4Calais, managing volunteer operations for refugees in Northern France. With a strong educational background, Jess holds an MSc in International Disaster Management from The University of Manchester and a BSc in Psychology from the University of Nottingham, complemented by experience in event coordination and customer service across various industries.
