Kathleen Morris Phr, Phrca, Shrm-Cp

Kathleen Morris has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Kathleen'smost recent position is as the Vice President of Human Resources at All In Credit Union since 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Corporate Director of Human Resources at DSI Security Services from 2019 to 2022.

Before that, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist at LBA Hospitality from 2016 to 2019. From 2012 to 2016, they were a Consultant at K.S.M Consulting, where they provided expert HR advice and assistance.

Other notable roles include a brief tenure as the Vice President of Human Resources at Panhandle Converter Recycling in 2015, and as the Director of Human Resources at the College of Coastal Georgia from 2006 to 2012. Kathleen also worked as a Pension Plan Manager at Teamwork Services Inc in 2006 and as a Shift Human Resources Manager at Tyson Foods from 2000 to 2003.

Kathleen Morris, PHR, PHRca, SHRM-CP, completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration at Auburn University from 1996 to 2000. Kathleen further pursued their education and earned a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Troy University between 2003 and 2006. Throughout their career, Kathleen has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional expertise. In 2007, they achieved the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). Additionally, they obtained the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in the same year. In 2015, Kathleen acquired the SHRM-CP certification once again from SHRM. Further expanding their certification portfolio, they received the Professional in Human Resources - California® (PHRca®) designation from HRCI in 2021. Kathleen's dedication to growth in the field of human resources is evident through their continued pursuit of certifications. Most recently, in 2022, they became a Workplace Mental Health Ally certified by the SHRM Foundation.
