Robert Hickey

Robert Hickey is currently the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at All In Solutions, LLC. Prior to this role, Robert served as the Aviation Security Program Manager at the Department of Homeland Security's Science and Technology Cyber Security Division. Robert also held the position of Deputy Director Aviation Intelligence Integration at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. Robert holds a Doctor of Management in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix, a Master of Arts in Political Science and Government from Oklahoma State University, and a Bachelor of Science in American History from the United States Air Force Academy.
