Chip Frazer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and systems engineering, currently serving as Program Manager / Systems Engineering Technical Advisor at All Native Group since March 2023. Previously, Chip held the position of Director of Advanced Capability Employment and Special Technical Operations Chief at NORAD & US Northern Command, focusing on advanced capability and strategic planning within special access and technical operations. Chip's background includes providing space policy expertise at LinQuest for USSPACECOM and over 26 years of service in various strategic roles within the US Army, including Director of Special Technical Operations & Advanced Programs and Senior Program Manager focusing on international strategic operations. Chip holds a Master's in International Public Policy from Johns Hopkins SAIS and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University.
