Emily Garvin

Emily Garvin is the Director of Government Affairs at Waters Corporation since January 2024, where responsibilities include guiding the identification, strategy, and execution of commercial initiatives in regulated and government markets. Prior experience at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from May 2016 to December 2023 included roles as Principal, where Emily worked with public and private sector biopharma, and Project Leader, focusing on designing commercial organizations and leading high-impact COVID response initiatives. Additionally, as a Consultant, contributions were made to various biopharma companies in areas such as brand revitalization and R&D assessments. Earlier, Emily held consulting roles at The Advisory Board Company from November 2011 to June 2015. Emily earned an MBA from Columbia Business School and a B.A. from Dartmouth College.
