Matthew Miller

Matthew Miller, MBA, is an experienced business manager with a strong background in operations and business development within the automotive and service industries. Currently serving as the Area Business Manager at All-Pro Auto Reconditioning since December 2022, Matthew oversees automotive reconditioning processes for multiple OEM dealer locations and manages a team of 50 employees. Prior to this role, Matthew founded and led Miller Lawn and Garden, LLC, successfully scaling revenue from zero to six figures in two years. As Wholesale Parts Manager at Jim Ellis Automotive Dealerships, Matthew reorganized the wholesale parts department, doubling monthly sales revenue within a year. Early career experience includes working as an eCommerce Parts Sales Specialist at Global Imports BMW, where Matthew developed a sales platform and managed logistics for parts delivery.
