Stan Feighny has extensive work experience in the educational field, specifically in STEM education and technology integration. Stan currently works at Hebron High School as a teacher of Robotics and Computer Science. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Innovation Lab at All Saints Catholic School, where they developed and implemented a technology curriculum for students in grades 4 to 8. Before that, Stan worked at TECHNOLOGY, EXPLORATION & CAREER CENTER EAST as a STEM Teacher, teaching subjects such as Robotics, Biotechnology, Engineering Design, and Digital Electronics. Stan also has experience as a Project Lead the Way Teacher in Richardson Independent School District and as a Middle School Math Teacher in Coppell ISD. Stan's career in education began as a Technology Coordinator, Middle School Science, Technology, Math at St Mary of Carmel Catholic School. Prior to working in education, they were a Consulting Manager at Database Consultants (later ThinkSpark), specializing in business development and Oracle database tools and architectures.

Stan Feighny attended the NASA Endeavor STEM Teaching Program from 2020 to 2021, earning a Certificate in STEM Leadership. Prior to this, they pursued a Master's in Engineering in Systems Engineering from Portland State University from 2001 to 2002. Stan also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Colorado State University. Additionally, Stan Feighny has obtained certifications in various subjects including Math, Tech Ed, Tech Apps, Business, Computer Science, Agriculture, and Talented and Gifted from TEA.
