Glenn Mandel is an experienced culinary and restaurant management professional with a diverse background in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Assistant General Manager at Spoto's Oyster Bar since February 2022, and as the Executive Chef at All Saints Catholic School since July 2018, Glenn has achieved significant results, including a 50 percent increase in student lunch purchases and a reduction in food costs by seven percent. As the Owner of J&G Catering since 2014, Glenn manages full-service catering operations and maintains a focus on health and nutrition for various clients.
