Louise Keane

Louise Keane has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Louise currently serves as the Head of Legal at AllSaints since October 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Ralph Lauren as a Legal Director, specifically handling Real Estate and Franchise Partner Store Development for EMEA from October 2017 to October 2023. Before joining Ralph Lauren, Louise held the position of Head of Legal and Company Secretary - UK and Ireland at H&M from July 2012 to September 2017. During their time at H&M, they were responsible for setting up the legal team in the UK and Ireland, providing support for global brand launches and managing external legal resources. Louise began their career as a Senior Associate at Ashurst from January 2005 to June 2012, and prior to that, they worked as a Solicitor (plus training contract) at CMS Cameron McKenna from September 1997 to July 2003.

Louise Keane received a Qualified Corporate Company Secretary certification from The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland in 2016. Louise also obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Law (with commendation) from the College of Law, London. Additionally, they hold a Diploma in Law from the same institution. Prior to this, Louise completed a BA hons in English Language and Literature from the University of Leeds, which included a year at the University of Liege as part of an Erasmus exchange. From 2016 to 2016, they studied company secretarial matters, strategic financial advice, and corporate governance. Louise is also certified as a MHFA Mental Health First Aider.
