Sophey Layton is the current Head of People Partnering at AllSaints. Sophey has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources and has held senior positions at Wavemaker and BT. Sophey is responsible for all people based activity across Wavemaker in the Middle East & North Africa, spanning 9 countries with HQ in Dubai. Sophey has also been responsible for delivering a forward thinking and innovative talent & development strategy within their business unit.

Sophey Layton has a Business Management and Human Resources degree from Nottingham Trent University. Sophey also has A Levels from Franklin College, Lincolnshire and GCSE's from Tollbar Academy, Lincolnshire. Sophey is certified by the CIPD in Chartered MCIPD and Level 7 CIPD Human Resource Management.
