Robbie Howell

Robbie Howell is a seasoned Process Improvement Specialist at Minco Tool and Mold, Inc. since July 2002, with prior experience as a Process Technician at Parker Hannifin Thermoplastics Division from June 1997 to July 2002. Experienced in setting up, processing, troubleshooting, and optimizing manufacturing, Robbie has demonstrated expertise in overseeing machine operations and producing high-quality products. A competent supervisor and trainer, Robbie has managed a team of 40 employees while conducting extensive work with various injection molding presses. Proficient in a wide range of materials including ABS, Nylon, and Polypropylene, Robbie holds a Vocational Certificate in Plastics Technologies from Miami Valley Career Technology Center and a high school diploma from Brookville High School.
