Ken Bernstein

CFO at All Star Healthcare Solutions

When Ken Bernstein came to our firm at the end of 2012, he launched All Star Healthcare Solutions’ Finance department. Ken oversees our company finances as well as financial strategic planning and analysis.

Prior to joining the All Star family, Ken spent roughly a decade at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME), which enjoyed extreme growth during his tenure and was the first of the exchanges to go public. At CME, he served as budget manager, worked closely with Accounting IT, and had a role in two major acquisitions.

Ken is an avid supporter of Eileen’s Home, a nonprofit organization based on Long Island that was organized to honor a childhood friend’s mother, which helps people meet the basic needs of food, clothing, and other necessities with dignity and hope. He received two baccalaureate degrees, one in Finance and the other in Management Information Systems (MIS), from the University of Central Florida, College of Business Administration. Outside of work, Ken loves doing anything that involves spending time with his wife, Jami; son, Jack; and daughter, Dylan.
