Matt Young

Matt Young joined our team in 2010 with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the locum tenens space. He is responsible for aligning All Star Healthcare Solutions’ business operations with strategy and guiding operational innovation.

In 2003, Matt entered the staffing industry as a consultant specializing in the temporary placement of anesthesiologists. A couple of years later, he accepted a position with a startup agency, where he assumed oversight of operations, sales, and training. He is experienced in workforce solutions, CRM design and implementation, and IT as well.

Matt is Vice President of the National Association of Locum Tenens Organizations®’ (NALTO®) Board of Directors and has served on its Ethics and Membership Committees. He obtained dual undergraduate degrees, one in Political Science and the other in Pre-Law and Criminology, from Westfield State University in Massachusetts. He is passionate about physical fitness and living a vegetarian lifestyle (with vegan tendencies).
